The room had become extremely cold.

Boris was shaking violently, his teeth chattering. Parts of his body had gone numb. What were they trying to do to him?

For all he knew, he could be experiencing hypothermia. After all, he was starting to feel sick.

'But was that from the cold?'

"Ple...turn off...machine..." his throat cracked.

He could see his breath.

He was slowly fading towards unconsciousness. The cold didn?t seem so bad now, despite him not feeling most of his body.

In fact, he felt?

The scientists that were monitoring Boris watched as his heart rate decreased. One of the scientists gave the other a worried look.

?Sir, I think he?s suffering severe hypothermia. Should we pull him out of there and get him treatment??

The man watched as Boris?s eyes went shut.

?Very well, but make sure you give him the test virus before you take him out. I want to see how his immune system reacts to it.?

?Yes sir.?

?Oh and, Roger??

?Yes??

?Check him for severe frostbite. I?d rather not have to amputate anything today.?

Crete was breathing hard.

His whole body ached worse than it ever had. His brain felt like it had been fried-which it had been.

He remembered seeing those movies, where the villains would use electrocution to squeeze information out of their captives. If the captive failed to give satisfactory information, then the electricity would be increased enough to kill them.

Which is what they had been doing to him. Minus the squeezing out information part.

He didn?t think they would increase the electricity to the point where he?d die, as they said they weren?t going to kill him. And as much as he didn?t trust Umbrella?s word, he doubted that this was going to be the end of his suffering.

?One more.?

?N-no??

This time, his scream could be heard from down the halls.

After a few minutes, Mike stood up.
'So, I survived your silly test... now what?! On with another tourture...?'
The soldier nodded to another, and he went in the room, to get Mike out. Mike was still too weak to attack, he just let himself carried back to the cell. Back there, he noticed he's the first to come back...
Near the glass cabin, in a room, the woman watched the status of the test on the computer. 'Good... we will find out the side-effects of the virus easily...'

Kate just lied there, still to weak to even move... the drugs used her now... A scream was heard near her...
'Cre... te... !!' She was able to hear and recognaize his scream in pain, nothing else ran in her head then. 'No... I can't do... a thing...'
The woman came in after a couple of minutes.
'Well well, feeling better?'
'What... did you d... done to... Crete?!'
Her eyes were full with anger.
'Nothing he won't survive...' She laughed silently again, giving an evil sing of it.
'Now my dear, I will give you this injection manually...' She got a large needle, and some liquid in it.
'This will hurt...' The syentist quickly stuck the needle into Kate's shoulder. She felt unbearable pain, as the needle went through her, and the liquid spreaded into her blood. The woman nodded to a soldier.
'Take her back to the cell... we don't need her anymore today...'
Kate was unable to speak, just looked at the woman once again.
'What...'
'Oh, this was another chemical, that will increase the effect of the drugs which have been given to you...'
Kate looked terribly pale, and strong pain could be seen in her ocean blue eyes... 'Crete, just hang on...' She said mentally.

The woman scientist walked to where Crete was being tortured. He was heaving as he tried to desperately recover from his recent, most painful shock.

His eyes tried to focus on her as she walked in.

"Y-you..." he gasped.

"You're very strong. Most would have died by now."

"Kch..."

"You know what, Mr. Wielder? I think we could start on your testing right away. I can only imagine what you'd be capable of as a bioweapon..." she purred. She held up a syringe with a strange liquid in it.

"It's a shame I have to use this on you, as I'd love to see you go into the bioweapon project right away," she whispered, "but I suppose you'll need more strength for that. You'll go back to your cell for now."

With that, she injected him with the liquid.

"Men, take him back with the others."

Okay, the main thing Cav, Jack killed himself, because got infected (CBA'S drama, we both got the shock with Sizer, but I have to admit, nice touch, donno what he plans, he's quite busy with schoolstuff. Sosuke is with Angelique now, and they are coming to Spain... where we are, in a secret Umbrella facility, being tortured... long story, nad quite good in action, so read all you missed! CBA took Sosuke under he's control good, so Sosuke is on witht the story...

Mike sat in the cell, wondering about the meaning of this underwater thing. Then a soldier came, bringing Crete, giving him a support. He opened the cell, and pushed in Crete. He fel to the ground immediatly. The soldier closed the cell, and left.
'Crete, are you alright? What ddi they done to you?'
'Nnngh... Kate?'
'Huh?'
'Where... is... Kate?'
'She was not brought back...'
'Damn...'
Mike laid Crete on a "bed", and asked again.
'What did they done to you?'
'Elec...tricity...'
'You mean electro-shock? These are idiots!!'
'I don't... care, just... bring... back.. Ka...te...' With this, his body weakened, and he fell asleep.
After a few minutes, the soldier brought back Kate in hi arms, and dropped her in the cell.
Mike jumped to her right away.
'Kate!'
He put her gently on the other "bed", and got to Crete...

'Huh?... Kate!' He turned his head to her.
'Nnngh... drugs....' Kate moaned silently.
'What?!'
They tested drugs on you?!' Mike yelled. The guard turned there... silence for a moment. Crete spotted the huge wound on Kate's shoulder.
'Look... Mike!' He said.
'What-a?!! That could be a huge needle! Those ANIMALS!'
'Cre... te...' She tried to speak.
'Huh? What's that?'
'Are... y.... you.... al...alright...?'
He thinked a bit, then answered. 'Yeah...'
'It... hurts... so... m... much... every... everything... is so... dark....'
'Hold on... Kate...' Crete said, then Mike teared his wet clothes, and bandaged her shoulder.
'Feeling better?'
'You... 're jsut.... li.... like a ... caring.... bro...' She smiled weakly, then turned to Crete...
'I... hea... heard you... scre...am...'
'It was... nothing... forget it.'
'Why?'
'Electric-shock...'
'Wh... what?!'
'Yeah...'
'Okay, now the onlyone missing is Boris...' mike switched the theme...

"You idiots! You left him in there for too long! What am I going to do with a dead specimen?" the woman scientist cried.

She was hovering over Boris, who looked exactly like a corpse. His skin was extremely pale, his eyes were shut peacefully, and he was low in body temperature.

The only thing that did separate him from a corpse was his slow breathing. Two doctors were busy trying to bring up his body temperature.

"Don't put him back in the cells in he doesn't wake up. If anything see if we can-"

"Dr. Cullen?" one of the doctors spoke.

"Hm, yes? What is it?"

?We noticed something odd about the liquid we injected into him??

?And??

??Nothing?s happening.?

?What?!?

?His immune system rejected it.?

She looked infuriated for a moment, but slowly calmed down.

?And everything went exactly to procedure??

?Yes.?

She frowned as she studied him, the only sound was the bleeping of Boris? slow, beating heart.

?Hmm?well, this could be interesting. See if we can find a place for him in the Bioweapons Project.?

?Yes m?am.?

Kate fell asleep, growing the drugs inside of herself, while Crete and Mike spoke. Crete gathered back a little of his strenght.
'What do you think?' Mike asked.
'About what?'
'Abouth these "tests"...'
'I don't know what to think... but one thing's sure... they wanna use us upo, until we die or turn into their bio-weapon creature...'
'Huh?'
'That woman said I'd do fine for a bio-weapon...'
'And what about Kate?'
'Well, I hope she will be okay...' Crete voice shivered.
'I wonder where your friends are...'
'You mean Sosuke and Jack?'
'Yeah, and that french chik...'
'I don't know.'
'Well, in any case... jsut hold on... any test can come now, beyond our fantasy...'
'Yeah...'
Kate moved a bit, and almost curled into a ball.
'She must be cold...' Crete said.
'Yeah... but there's nothing here...'
'The drugs must have pushed down her immune system... cany oue bring her here?'
'Yeah, I guess...' Mike stood up, and lifted Kate in his strong arms, and put her down on Crete's bed. He gently hugged her, warming her with his own body.
'Don't worry Kate, everything is going to be okay...' With this, he kissed her, and pulled her closer, as he felt her shiver again...

It was a cozy little house, with a warm fireplace and everything. There were three bedrooms, each unique in their own way. There was the master bedroom, filled with adult things. A large bed sat in the center against the west, pale blue wall. The oak dresser and vanity stood on the opposite end. Trees peered in through the glass window, occasionally whipping their branches against it. Just like they were knocking.

The second room was smaller, filled with girl things. The walls were all pink, and the furniture was similar to the master bedroom?s. However, in this room there was a chest, with dolls and other toys laying out on the floor. The bed hadn?t been made, and a small, white nightgown was spread out across it.

The third room was a bit bigger than the girl?s bedroom, filled with?

Boris stood at the entrance of the same bedroom he had when he was a child. He knew where he was, he just didn?t know why he was there. The last thing he remember was being wheeled out of that cold room in the lab. Some weird drug had been injected into his neck.

?Where is everyone?? he thought. His eyes fell on the small, toy army men that were scattered across the floor. They had been his favorite when he was younger.

He disappeared from the doorway, casually walking down the empty hallway. He passed his younger sister?s room, and felt a twinge of sadness as he did. He wasn?t sure why.

He walked to the living room. It was beautiful, easily the biggest room in the house. They owned an ivory piano, which remained in a dusty corner of the wall. A maroon couch and rocking chair sat in front of the lit, marble fire place. He was mesmerized by the dancing flames that sparked and twirled about.

?Boris?? a gentle female voice spoke. He turned quickly and saw a middle-aged woman sitting in the rocking chair. She had blonde hair that touched her shoulders, and wrinkles across her forehead. She wore a dark green dress, which made her look even older than she was.

His voice caught in his throat. It couldn?t be.

?Boris, I have something to tell you.?

?Mother?? he croaked weakly.

?Why aren?t you in bed? You have school tomorrow.?

He stared at her oddly. He had been out of school for a while now, didn?t she realize he was a full-grown man and not a little boy?

?Vhere is everyone? My sister, Ana?she not in her room??

His mother?s eyes started to tear up.

?Boris, she?s?she?s??

?H?..com?.to?.?

Boris? eyes flashed open. He wasn?t in his house anymore. Instead he was back inside the laboratory, in a room different from the one he had been in previously. He felt something pressing into his skin and he realized he was wrapped in thick blankets.

He still felt cold, but it was nothing as horrible as what happened before. His teeth chattered and he shivered a little. He heard the soft murmur of doctors? voices. They sounded excited over something.

?He?s awake!?

?Tell Dr. Cullen the news, both about him and the BOW Project. She?ll be very pleased.?

?Bi?bio?? he tried to ask what they meant by the BOW Project, but he was having trouble forming the words. What were they going to do with him?
